Cold spot on thigh. Any idea?

For the past few days I've noticed a cold spot about the size of a big coin on my inner thigh. It comes and goes and feels wet and cold but obviously nothing there to see when I look at it. I don't think I've damaged my thigh in any way. I'm now worried I am going to develop an awful neurological condition (I don't think I have health anxiety but I work in healthcare so do see some awful life limiting conditions). Googling is a bit scary so thought I'd post here for traffic if anyone has similar. Thanks

if you've googled, you'll know this is an MS symptom (it's one I have) but it could also be related to other conditions so I wouldn't immediately assume MS
I'd just keep a watchful eye and see your GP if you have any other symptoms.

When I had a bulging disc in my spine, i often had a phantom sensation of warm wetness on my inner leg. But I also had a host of other, painful symptoms.

Do you have any back trouble?

I have no idea, but I have a cold spot on one side of my knee. Have had it for a couple of years, it gets worse in winter. I'm ignoring for now 😂

I had this and it was a back issue. Few sessions at the physio helped sort it. My thigh was numb and cold, freaked me out. After a few weeks of massage and exercise it has all but resolved itself.

Thanks all. Yes when I googled MS seemed to be the number one diagnosis which is obviously worrying me. I don't have any back problems and I'm usually very fit and healthy. I lift weights almost every day but have done this for ages so no new exercise or anything.
It's just a small spot on my inner thigh that feels a bit weird and cold and wet. Very strange.

@Headlightshome was it your whole thigh that was numb or just a small spot?

It was above my knee an area of around the size of my hand
