And if you do can you recommend ?
I like a firm , quite high pillow that stays like that overnight and won't go flat within a couple of months.
Currently sleeping on a Tempur pillow and not feeling the love.

Dp loves his - they also stay quite cold which he likes

I can't stand them (too hard/firm/high) so they sound like they might be perfect for you.

They are quite heavy I find if you like to constantly flip yours over

Following cause I’d possibly like one

Sounds quite promising then . You can also but extra nanocubes , would I need to do that ?
How long have some of you owned one , do they flatten , or stay puffed up ?

I've had mine for two years. Every time I change the bedding I unzip it and give the cubes a good mix up. It hasn't flattened. I did find that with all the cubes in, a normal sized pillowcase is a tight fit and I think pushes the cubes together to make it hard, hence me having to remove some and now it's perfect.
