Please throw some good titles that you like at me?
Background:
I'm a busy toddler mum, working FT and also have a busy life outside of work, with both social and professional events. I manage to squeeze in some exercise during the week too.
Not a NY resolution but more so a long term health plan to get on board with Med diet permanently. I already follow it largely and have lots of ideas from instagram and Google, but would like some books as well please. I love variety but it also needs to be relatively no-faff to fit with my lifestyle. DH and I already cook over 90% from scratch and plan weekly meals, so not an issue.
Recipes must work for the whole family or include ingredients that can be used for meal prep for us all.
Also some reasonably healthy dessert books that would suit the whole family would be welcome.
