Short meditations for sleep

I have bough DH one of these in the hope that he can listen to some meditations that might help him sleep.

I was hoping for recommendations of what he can listen to. He's not a meditation kind of a guy, so something short and down to earth please. Thanks!

I listen to Tracks to relax on Spotify.

Some are long, some short. Some are a bit too woo for me but others are walking through woods/ sitting on a beach which I like more.
