Happy new year all. I woke up this morning at around 5.30 as I have done the previous few mornings. I wake up feeling a weird sensation of this unpleasant warmth wrapping around my shoulders. Following this, my brain tells me a list of negative affirmations - 'you have got so fat, you are a selfish mum, nobody likes you at work etc' I try to shake it off and get back to sleep but the presence feels very physical and hard to ignore. Any ideas of how to ignore this inner voice?
