If you have been, is it normal to still be queuing for entry now

It’s a long time since I’ve been, but it’s very late to still be queuing for entry imo

Dd has ticket for one of the bridges.
They are still queuing.
Just been told the bridge is being re checked.
I'm worried she will miss it

They closed the gates and won't let them in

I saw this in the news too - how long has this been ticketed?

About 20 years ago I regularly went, I parked in the city and walked down along the north side of the river to opposite the eye. I did get there a couple of hours earlier though. I wonder why it’s so much more popular now?

We were in Pink 3. We queued from 8.30 to 11.45. We left the queue at 11.45 as by then it was clear we wouldn't get in and it wasn't clear if it was even a queue any more at that point. We need to get organized together in requesting a refund.

@EstebanMendoza that is where Dd was

I've requested a refund here https://support.axs.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new?ticket_form_id=584168 as suggested by someone on Twitter
