Who can beat my NYE for excitement?
So far, I've managed to free the plug from the sink where it was stuck, unblocked the loo, and done some online shopping for livingroom curtains and a kitchen bin....
Living it up at the end of 2023!

Love the Tooms episodes! I’m 44 and they still scare me too!

I've just started rewatching the x files on Disney +, on episode 3 and finding Eugene Tooms just as scary at 43 as I did at 14.

Didn't tooms make nests out of newspapers and bile? In which case gen z viewers are probably more confused by what a newspaper is than the paranormal/ET element of the show.

Just really quiet here OP, was supposed to stay with a friend but he was getting hysterical about something (he does this) so I'm on the sofa snuggled up in a duvet.

Haven't decided what to watch yet and just had pate and crackers. Feels cosy.

Washing machine is broken and new one not being delivered until Thursday, so I went to the launderette, then cleaned the coffee machine.

Was in bed at 9.30pm, electric blanket on, snuggling the cat. Will watch the fireworks on TV and be asleep by 12.30. Could not be happier!

I've washed DDog's bum as it gets irritated and a cool bum shower is the only way to sort it apparently.

Now I'm watching Schitt's Creek. DDog and DH are both asleep and both DC are out at parties.
