Ideas for 2024 that are different...

I want to think outside the box and do a few different things next year.

Not necessarily things which cost loads of money.

Things like:

Donate blood for first time.
Go to the cinema by myself.
Watch a court case.

Help me think up some bits please!

Have a go at calligraphy
Go to a local auction
Make a collage
Find children's authors / illustrators for dcs to meet. I did this one in 2023 and it's surprising how many were at local libraries. We met a few interesting people.

Where did you find about about illustrator / author events? Our local libraries don't seem to do events like that though for children.

It was advertised on the library website.

I'm in the middle of writing mine, I did it last year and started outdoor swimming

I'm going to take up knitting this year.

Go up in a hot balloon!

We have been considering National Trust Membership, so might get that in the spring .

I'm trying to do the same this year. Last week I started volunteering at my local community cafe. This week I am going to visit Liverpool as I have never been there.
