Possible Molluscum contagiosum?

My 1 year old has this spot under his chin, I've been putting sudocreme on it and it seems to be getting worse, it's the only spot he has, so I don't think chicken pox? It's been there for about a week. It started off as a clear spot, and smaller, but I'm possibly making it worse?🙈 any advice? Is it Molluscum contagiosum?

That looks like an infected spot, bite etc to me.

My DC had mc and it was similar shape, but clear with no signs of infection. The spot in your pic looks infected with the pus in the spot and the red around it.

Keep treating but get a gp appt too.
