Who else is not drinking tonight

I'm completely exhausted, fat, peopled out, and sick of alcohol 😂

Anyone else? We're seeing friends tonight but I've offered to drive so I can't be tempted to get on the booze again.

I always feel like this by the end of the year. I don't want to look at another roast dinner, cheese, pate, or glass of wine for a good few weeks. I feel completely minging.

Warning to the young'uns, make the most of your 20s and 30s. You won't be able to hack it anymore by 40.

None for me. My last drink was in 1994. I'm much happier without it.

I will probably just have a couple of mulled wines. I had a horrific hangover the other day and it's put me off.

I gave up alcohol 2.5 years ago. I have a very, very occasional glass of wine (about 2 or 3 times a year).

Tonight I've cooked a lovely meal to enjoy with 6 friends and dh. We spend NYE together every year and they are wonderful company.

They will drink, but I won't.

Tomorrow, I will wake up as fresh as a daisy! 🤣

I can’t drink because I’m breastfeeding. I wasn’t a big drinker anyway.

A sober night for me. Our whole family (adults and teens) are off out to a friend’s for a party. They live on a farm and are hosting in their barn, so I’ve offered to drive.

I am not a big drinker but have had a glass or two of wine most night a since Christmas Eve and am more than ready for a break. I’m also premenstrual and generally a bit grumpy.

I offered to cook lasagne/aubergine parmigiana for twenty, so it’s been a busy afternoon!

Me. Working tomorrow, don’t fancy doing that with a hangover.

I feel exactly the same.
I've eaten over a kilo of cheese cheese, drank a disgraceful variety of seasonal booze, had guests for loads of meals and been out twice.

I just can't face any more alcohol exhaustion
