What the hell do I do with a box of tangerines ?! Need recipe/cocktail ideas

My late mums partner came round on Xmas eve with gifts for the kids and a massive box of tangerines. Since then one has been eaten and I’ve had to throw out another 4 because they’ve went mouldy. We barely eat them (once every few months I’ll buy a net of them and we don’t even eat all of those), I have no idea why he brought them.

Anyway, I hate to throw them out but unless
i do something with them in the next few days that’s what will happen. None of us like marmalade, not that I have anything else to make marmalade with, so that’s out. I have lots of booze and will have a few guests later if anyone has any cocktail suggestions happy to experiment. The only thing I can think of is homemade jelly but only found recipes that use oranges, can I substitute tangerines for oranges?

Juice them, they'll be delicious!

Nadiya's Cod and Clementine. I'll admit I've never made this, and it only uses peel, but I thought it was a great idea.

Cure liké lemon cutd. There are sites that give thé équivalent in juive brtween different citrus fruits. Then just use a standard lemon curd recipe.

We used to have them in trifle back in the 1980s.

If you put them out when your guests come, might some of them eat one or two each? Offer to neighbours? Otherwise, I'd keep them in the fridge to slow down the deterioration and then see if after New Year you can hand them over to a food bank if you have one near you, or alternatively take to work for colleagues.

You could offer some on the Olio app? Assuming your mum/partner can't see your account on there...

Triffle is a good idea, I hate the stuff but my mother in law usually makes one for new year, will take some when I see her later. The clementine cake sounds yummy as well.
