We brought ourselves one of these for Christmas and I’m not getting on with it and wondered if anyone had one and could pass on some best practice!
it’s the one with the potafilter (?), so you put ground coffee in.

what brand of ground coffee to buy? I’ve been buying dark roast as I read mediums don’t work so well. But I brought one from M&S that was too coarse.

not getting enough coffee out for a double espresso. I drink Americano & I’ve read the way to make is to pour a double espresso into hot water but it’s barely giving a double!

when I froth the milk it seem to froth up so much it ends up everywhere. Where am I going wrong?
I wanted a bloody nespresso but OH wanted ‘real’ coffee. This just seems like a massive hassle. Please convince me otherwise!
