Can somebody please help, I need to book an appointment with Lloyds bank, can’t find a link online

Hi everyone, I am visually impaired, I tried setting up an account online, but was unable to do so and I would like to go into the branch, my nearest one would be Kilburn, I found the local branch page, but I don’t know how to book an appointment. It’s quite urgent since I have had problems with my other bank. Is there a phone number I could maybe call and book an appointment through the phone number?

Thank you, I have looked at that page, but I can’t find where to make an appointment? If you can tell me if it’s on the right or left or bottom of the page or where it might be on the page?

I typed into Google lloyds bank accessibility book an appointment and this came up and you just click on this bit?
