Panicking about my tooth

I had a fall at home a couple of weeks ago and literally face planted the carpet. I had a sore lip for a couple of days but forgot about it. Then yesterday it started to feel like the permanent retainer (wire) behind my teeth was ever so slightly bendy. Very slightly. It feels fine again today but my tooth next to my two front ones is very, very slightly wobbly. I only notice it if I wiggle it with my fingers, so it doesn't FEEL loose if that makes sense. To be honest I don't even know if it was always like that?! Is it normal for adult teeth to have very slight movement?

I've booked a dental appointment but it's not until mid January. I'm really fearful my teeth will fall out before then.

Any reassurance would be lovely. I don't want to lose my tooth 😰

If I try to wobble mine there is some very small movement @NewYearNewMeBullshit , so hopefully you’ll be ok

I had a fall down the stairs last year and had a similar situation. When I got to the emergency dentist I essentially paid a fortune to be told that the tooth hadn't broken or cracked, that it's normal for a tooth to feel loose with an injury, that it may remain for a period but ultimately is most likely to heal and settle- and it did. I've not had any issues since and honestly it did feel wobbly and got quite a whack (on the bannister).
