Debenhams online?

Is it worth ordering online from Debenhams? Looking for a gift and found something suitable on their website. Just worried it won't materialise

I've ordered quite a few times recently as looking for Bridesmaid dresses, it's been free delivery every time and stuff has turned up the next day each time (one time I ordered 7pm Saturday and they arrived 9am Sunday). I've also sent a load back this week and amazed at how quick the refund was, I went to the post office on Wednesday 27th and the money was back in my bank yesterday morning!

I've ordered a fair bit from them - it's always turned up and been the same good quality they had in the shops.

i ordered make up and a few other bits last Christmas everything came and i had to return a top and everything ran smoothly.

I wouldn’t recommend them. I had to return a dress which was bigger than the size it was meant to be and they charged me for returning it.
