I am looking for a new cooker. I love to cook and bake. My current oven is an old Zanussi with induction hob.

I bought a free standing Zanussi cooker with induction hob and have battled with Marks Electrical and Zanussi ever since. The cooker has vents at the back which spew out copious amounts of steam when using oven. Everyone who sees it is horrified yet Zanussi insist its "normal" Its awful. Its so depressing. I have shown the videos to Zanussi who's "expert technicians" say its what to expect. Nowhere in any review or any description on various sites states that this willh happen when you use ovens. Christmas time was a nightmare as my newly fitted kitchen looked like a Turkish Sauna! Its actually warped my upstand which apparently is now the installer's fault. Getting nowhere. So frustrated!!!!

I splashed out on a bright orange bertazonni and I love it. Induction hob, double oven. It brings me joy!

In my opinion, I'd say don't get an Induction! They're a temperamental pain in the backside!!!! You sit anything on them say shopping or something and it's BEEP BEEP BEEEEEP then you'll accidentally lock it without realising and completely forget the special sequence to unlock it again, despite spending two hours scouring booklets & Google for it last time.... Never again!

Bosch goods every time, but not induction hob, just the ordinary one. I hate inductions, but I know many love them.

Oh yes the left vent is for the bottom oven and the right for the top oven. We're regularly caught out of we accidentally block the vent because we get water all over the hob.
