I try and mix up my reading so I switch between fiction, non-fiction and then also some self-help, psychology or business type books. I have piles of books in the first two categories but the third pile is looking a bit empty. I don't necessarily read these books as I feel I have a specific need, more that I want to learn and understand more about relationships both at home & at work. Books I have found interesting and of use include (although not agreed with everything and certainly haven't implemented much of what they have suggested, despite good intentions!)
Lean In
Radical Candour
Atomic Habits
How to Have Difficult Conversations
The Chimp Paradox
Scattered Minds
In Control: Dangerous Relationships and how the end in murder
How to Talk so Your Kids Will Listen
The Book You Wish Your Parents Had Read
