Just had a warm sausagemeat stuffing, brie and cranberry sauce in a crusty roll. Absolutely delicious.
What else should I try?

I like Pret’s pecan nut loaf Christmas sandwich.

I'm a "turkey, stuffing and mayo" basic bitch.

Turkey, chestnut stuffing, gammon and crispy bacon, with ground black pepper and mayo. That's what I had Boxing Day and it was the best Christmassy sandwich I've ever made.

My ds made himself an amazing sandwich with a bit of all the leftovers, including sprouts, and gravy mayonnaise. It was my home made focaccia that was the best bit of course.

very basic sandwich here - chicken (we don't have turkey) and stuffing. The stuffing is what makes it really.

We had boxing day toasties with turkey, sliced pigs in blankets, stuffing, parsnips, carrots, roasties and sliced emmenthal.

Messy to eat but epic. I love a boxing day leftover toastie.

After Christmas food, I crave fresh tasting stuff, so I made a chicken (no turkey in our house), nuam choc (it's a south East Asian dipping sauce with lime and fish sauce) , cucumber and coriander butty. It was better than Christmas dinner.

That sounds amazing but you MUST elaborate on the gravy mayo!

Earlier I had a gammon, camembert and red onion chutney toastie (made in the George foreman), with MILs home made pickles/gherkins on the side, twas delicious

I know-sounds vile! He found it on Tic Toc-3:1 mayo:gravy and it's a revalation. I put a bit of cranberry jelly in mine.

Definitely NOT a ready made sandwich!
Sliced turkey, lettuce, cranberry sauce and Branson pickle on Sainsburys multiseeded taste the difference bread.
