I am looking for small achievable changes I can add to my day to improve my health, time management, house etc! I am always trying to add new things - going to the gym, cycling to work, cooking every meal from scratch, cleaning the house from top to bottom etc etc - but always fall at the first hurdle, mainly because I work full time, have 2 children (one is autistic) and have elderly parents who need support, or because the weather is too bad to cycle or I just am too tired! I think I am trying to be too ambitious with the changes I am trying to make so thought if I broke it down to small, achievable goals I might get somewhere. Unfortunately, all I have thought of so far is drinking a large glass of water as soon as I get up every morning! Does anyone have any ideas of small goals I could add to my day/week? Thank you 😊
