You always want what you can’t have!

Dry January has arrived early - no more booze for me until my DD gives birth (due in a fortnight) as I may need to drop everything to go and look after the older child, my DGD, when labour begins (and she had a precipitous labour with DGD so who knows what might happen this time!)

I don’t drink much normally. Example: 3 non-pregnant adults here on Xmas day including me, and between us we generated 2 empty wine bottles for the recycle bin, over a good 5 hours. I’ve got loads of alcohol in the house because it doesn’t get drunk very quickly!

but now I can’t drink, I SOOO want a Baileys right now, yes for breakfast. I REALLY wanted a gin last night. (I have a gin maybe once every couple of months usually). Repeat for the next several weeks!

who else is craving stuff right now?

Can't you just have a glass if you really want it? You're not going to be incapable of doing anything after a Baileys and if she's got another fortnight left it's unlikely to happen right now.
