Hi,

Posting on here as hoping somebody can help.

I ordered several football kits for my 2 boys for Christmas. After placing an order with Sports Direct, my eldest told me he wanted the England away kit (which I hadn't ordered). So I went to Sports Direct, bought two kits instore. I tried to return the parcel but was told I had to do it online.

I did online and selected InPost, for what I thought would be ease. It's printer free returns which was ideal. I posted on 23rd December in my local locker - I only had the one parcel. I have received an email from Sports Direct today to say they cannot accept the return as the wrong return had been sent. They had received a parcel for a Boohoo skirt - size 14. I do not shop in Boohoo and this is not my size so I know the mixup isn't me.

Have tried to Contact both companies but having no luck. Customer service terrible.

Does anybody know my rights, the refund is for £265. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and this is causing me no end of grief- I just feel its completely ruined Christmas.
