30th birthday gift ideas

I appreciate this is massively trivial with everything going on in the world, but please bear with me.

I'll be 30 next year and DP has asked what I would like, but since having our DS earlier this year I don't feel like I know who I am or what I like anymore.

For context, DP works shifts Monday - Friday which have very awkward start and finish times (think middle of the night) and so during the week the lion's share of childcare falls to me. When I go back to work next year this will be the same. We don't have any family who can help as they all live hundreds of miles away so my life literally revolves around my DS atm. As such, I don't have time for any of the hobbies that I had pre-DS and it's unlikely that I will have the time again anytime soon.

I just don't even know what I could get into that I would find enjoyable... I used to love reading but I just find that I am so drained by the time DS is in bed that reading feels like a chore ☹️

Appreciate this has been a total ramble and thanks if you've made it this far but the gist is, can anyone suggest a memorable 30th birthday gift that would be of use to someone who doesn't even know what they like (and that doesn't cost the earth)? 😂

wow everything sounds so busy for you right now… how about some lovely perfume? Or a spa day? A massage maybe?

Hot stone back massage - not necessarily memorable but the ease tension wonderfully and it would be almost like a "permitted" time not to focus on DS.

I'm in the same sort of position and I asked for a gift card to my favourite coffee shop.
I wasn't any less tired or alone but the coffee was free 😂

An Audible subscription? Not quite the same as reading an actual book but you could listen to it as you go about your day.

Thanks all. These ideas all sound great!
