At least 30 people ill, some seriously in ICU and one person has died. The source of the outbreak has been traced to a specific Lancashire cheese firm which uses unpasteurised milk in its cheese. What is the benefit of unpasteurised milk? I’m presuming they think it makes the cheese taste better?
