What are these Vinted 'work gloves' about

These very expensive 'gloves' keep popping up on my Vinted newsfeed, I've seen three different versions so far. Anyone know what they are/if they are a code for something? I don't search for anything weird or indeed any gloves so don't get why they are coming up and what they are... www.vinted.co.uk/items/3917400823-work-gloves

They look identical to the Kevlar gloves we use at work for handling blades. Price is ridiculous though

the ‘similar items’ link brings up some weird fluffy eye masks and pearl bracelets all for around £90, so some sort of weird kink thing? Are buyers paying for an address? I am so intrigued now!

The sellers direct the buyers to buy the 'items' for it to look like a legitimate sale and instead send them used knickers or tights etc

Lots of communication will have went on in the background so the buyer knows what they're actually getting prior to the sale.

It's the same on eBay or Etsy etc

and queue some used knickermonger now having an influx of time wasting messages from bored mumsnet users….
