What is the difference between Tik Tok videos, Stories and Reels?

Videos are on your page, stories dissapear and I thought reels were on insta?

The reason I am asking is I am looking at setting up a business and having a video made. But I don’t know if the same format will work for all three.

Same size will work across each 1080 x 1035
