I use an electric toothbrush and it lets you know after two minutes.

Pre electric toothbrush days I had a timer in the bathroom for my kids and occasionally turned it over to see, just out of interest.

I use one of those sand flippy things, flip it over and brush until all the sand has gone through, I think it's roughly 75 seconds

No, my last several toothbrushes have done it for me! Currently have an Oral B that buzzes every 30sec to change the mouth zone I'm cleaning. Always brush for the full 2min, but that's because I've had lots of tooth problems in the past.

No, I'm 46 and I'd think there was something wrong if I needed to actually time myself brushing my teeth.
I'm very good at it, after years of practice.

TinkerTiger · 29/12/2023 02:03

No, and it's not for 2 minutes 🙈
