Anyone help me with a NYE buffet please?

Buffet for 12 adults, very much want it to be a buffet and not jacket potatoes/chilli etc. There will be a honey roast ham and BBQ pulled pork as the 'main' but I would love some ideas of what you put on a buffet table if you do one?

Def doing vol I vents (family joke) so some ideas for a couple of simple fillings would be much appreciated please.

Coleslaw, made with sprouts?

Oooh a nice cheese and crackers board.
Samosas.
Olives and sundried tomatoes.
Nachos and dips.

Supersize pork pie chopped into wedges
Part baked / really special bread
Real butter!!
Quiche
Cheese, cheese and more cheese
Sausage rolls (homemade)
Smoked salmon / mackerel pate

Lots of different breads including baguettes, butter, spreads, cheeses, dips, tapenades, olives, salads, crisps. Yum.

I always do these

Sun dried tomato/Basil leaf/ mozzarella ball
Watermelon /cucumber/feta
Rolled ham/apple/cheese

Home made sausage rolls: Sausage meat, grated apple, sage and onion stuffing

Mackerel pate: Mackerel fillets, capers smoked sea salt

The above are on sticks I meant to add

Asian slaw
Cornichons
Buttered baby potatoes or smashed baby potatoes
Crudités

Mushrooms for the vol au vents

Bri & cranberry
Blue cheese & endive/radicchio
Rare roast beef and horseradish

I’d make a quiche with broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, olives, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, courgette, spinach with a pecorino/breadcrumb mix on the top.

i’d also make Ottolenghi’s quails eggs salad and flatbreads.

Cheese and pineapple hedgehog!

Ooh we're doing a buffet board. We're doing different cheeses (things like Wensleydale, Garlic and herb cheese etc), cured meats like salami, crackers, dips, carrot and cucumber batons, grapes, crisps, chocolate fingers (I had a random craving for them thanks to Sainsbury's nectar prices). You could also do pork pies, sausages rolls, quiches, breads, hummus, breadsticks, olives, other cold deli meats.

Hummus and bread/dips

How about Spanish style tapas. Olive bread ciabatta, olive oil and balsamic, cheeses, cured meat, croquettes, salads, skewers etc
. Easy and can all be done in advance then you have time to do a paella too if you want to be fancy.

I agree with those saying bread and cheese.

I'd also have some apple sauce and stuffing as you have pulled pork.

The veg sticks, coleslaw, olives etc

Then mixture of desserts buy having those mini ones you can buy frozen!

I tend to include cocktail sausages on sticks in homemade sticky hoisin and honey sauce.
