Alexa help needed!

We have an Alexa dot in our kitchen and one in DDs room. We’ve always been able to have both playing at the same time, DD either has audible or Spotify and we have Spotify and amazons free stuff. We just bought DS a dot for Xmas and it won’t play while DDs is playing (not sure about one in kitchen). She says ‘I can’t do this right now, try again later.’ If I can’t have DD and DS’s playing different things at the same time, there’s literally no point in DS having one. Any clarification appreciated!

Yep. If DS is playing music on his, I can’t play it on my device because they are linked. It drives me mad. If someone has a workaround for this I’d be thrilled.

It’s weird though because we can play my DDs and our one in the kitchen at the same time. I’m sure? Now I might need to test that again, but I’m sure we do it all the time!
