Oliver Bonas Returns - Help!

Does anyone know if it’s possible to return an Oliver Bonas item to a store without a receipt?

I bought an item on Wednesday last week that I now need to return. The store only do e receipts and I think I must have typed in my email wrong as I never got one!

The only proof of purchase I have is the banking transaction on my banking app. I only bought one item and a bag so the amount does at least match exactly with what I’m returning.

I’d be happy to accept store credit if that’s all I can get, I’m just worried I’ll be stuck with the stupidely expensive item.

Weirdly, the same thing happened to me with Next recently - I never got a confirmation email or anything, the package just arrived at my door a few days later.
I returned it to a local store with the packaging, and they accepted it back and gave me a refund. Do you have a returns slip in the packaging? It should have your order number etc. on it.

I bought something from Fatface and didn't get an email receipt. I wanted to return the item and despite me having no email proof, they found it on their system (if that's any help!)

Also, I have dealt with Oliver Bonas returns before and their customer service was really good - you could try emailing them. If you give your name and address they might be able to give you the order number or something...

Thank you both. I went in store and bought it, they have a little tablet you enter your email address on and they email it to you, I think I must have mistyped it as didn't get an email!

I have just seen they've got live chat on their website so I've started that and they've asked for lots of details (including the items I bought and what time I purchased them) so hopefully they can track them it down and send me a receipt

Crisis averted they've been able to track down my purchase and send the receipt to the correct email address.

The wonders of modern technology eh!
