Not literally, but I need to go food shopping and start some prep for the weekend. Can't move!

I’ve got covid and haven’t the energy to do anything but sit on the couch.

Not good when you’re just over spinal surgery and need to move to heal.

Same here, can't be bothered to move.

How the heck can two people currently have covid after spinal surgery and be moments apart commenting on a public forum????

I've been out today for the first time since Saturday, I needed to blow the cobwebs away, and some milk
It's my Birthday on NYE and I'm going out for a meal so I need to gain energy from somewhere!

I'm welded to the sofa too, I could walk to Asda, Morrisons or Iceland for essentials but done a same day order from Iceland 🤷🏼‍♀️

I haven't moved all day. I normally can't keep still. In my defence, I've felt grotty since Friday and it's turned into a full on snot fest today. I'm not enjoying the rest though, cos I keep thinking of all the things I should be doing. But then, standing up makes me feel dizzy, so maybe I'm better off here.

Food shop completed and bank balance depleted. Clearly very little veg has been picked and transported since before Christmas so a top up may be in order at the weekend. Baking and cooking marathon to commence! But first I shall go to the gym.

Those of you who aren't well, take it easy and let someone else do whatever needs doing.
