Hi I need some advice for my best friend. He has separated from his wife as she had an affair with a family friend. She has now moved the new man in to the family home while my best friend has had to move in with family. The house needs to be sold but she is stalling , they have 2 girls aged 9 and 13 and currently he is trying to get 50:50 custody. They had a great marriage before this other guy showed up , they always had family holidays , lovely house and my best friend made sure his wife and children always had what they wanted or needed. She is now being totally unreasonable and lying in the divorce paperwork to say she is on her own even though she has moved the new man in. Is this right?
