2 under 2 tips

We've just found out we're expecting a surprise baby number 2 in August, which we're very shocked but so happy about.

The age gap will be 17/18 months, which wasn't quite what we had in mind 🙈 so I'd love to hear your tips for 2 under 2.

I had 3 under 5's at one point.

My best tip = routine, routine, routine.

Find a good routine which works for you and has enough flexibility built in to accommodate every day stuff, and stick to it come hell or high water (or MILs who take the piss out of you).

How did it turn out for you? I’m in pretty much that exact same position and to be honest I’m more scared than excited right now!! Please tell me it’s not as difficult as you expected🥲

It's hard work not going to lie but so very worth it and I agree with the routine.

Sadly we lost the baby so 2 under 2 never happened for us. But having now seen DD at 18 months I think it would have been fine, tough but fine. Wishing you lots of luck.

@KRP8 it was a really awful time. But glad to say the year is ending much better than it started, we are now 14 weeks with our rainbow baby.
