Thinking of moving from Sainsbury's & going elsewhere possibly Asda as I like the Rewards app.

Who do you use??Do you recommend any?

Agree with pp depends where you live.

Asda are ok where we live, the local store they pick from for us isn't enormous though, so the product range isn't the best. Not too many subs though and generally sensible ones. Easy to get a slot.

Tesco have a good product range but v v hard to get a slot round here.

Every time I've tried Morrisons they've substituted over a third of the order, so unimpressed.

Ocado are fab for service but expensive.

Tesco seems most reliable. Waitrose though often have the collect rather than get delivery. Ocado if I want something particular from M&S. Sainsbury's probably last, simply because what I really like from there (the fresh sushi) they don't sell online.

Waitrose has proven to be the most reliable with the least subs. If they do sub, it's generally for a more expensive product but only charge the original price. Always on time as well.

Asda has been the worst - my order was three hours late and then only a quarter if it was actually delivered with the rest being left on the truck.

We tried Sainsbury for a while but got fed up of short dates and poor quality fruit and veg.

I’ve just gone back to Tesco. Few substitutions, always on time and relatively easy to get a slot.

We’ve tried them all but now just use Ocado. It’s rare for them to send substitutes and if anything arrives damaged they refund without any hassle. Their fresh fruit and vegetables are excellent.

Tesco. They rarely substitute stupid things, are always on time and are really helpful. They bring it into my kitchen and unload onto the worktop for me.

Last week Tesco arrived at the same time as an ambulance and an emergency situation going on, he brought it in, unloaded it all and put the fridge/freezer items away then slipped quietly out. He was a star.

I agree with @Almostwelsh Iceland are really good. They pretty much always have slots available, it's free delivery over £40, they email you after they've picked your order to let you know of any missing items/substitutions, and then send you a text with your drivers number when it's on the way, and update you if they're running late.
They might not have quite the range of other supermarkets, but the customer service is really good.

Plus one driver once dropped a bottle of wine, was very apologetic. I told him not to worry about it, it was only £4. Two hours later he turned up on my doorstep with 2 bottles of wine - one as a replacement, one to say thanks for being nice.
