In need of a meal plan.

I’m awful at remembering to eat - don’t seem to get hunger cues until my stomach hurts or I get the shakes. I tend to have little snacks rather than meals because I never fancy anything.

Does anyone know where I can get a nice, healthy meal plan that uses simple ingredients and doesn’t cost a bomb?

I don’t mind cooking, baking, batch cooking etc but seriously need to up my nutrients and energy levels.

How is having a meal plan going to remind you when to eat though? It's just telling you what to eat.

I would check Google or Pinterest. Not being snide, there's genuinely loads of ideas on there. I get recipe ideas all the time that way.

Have you had a look at gusto or hello fresh? Might make you feel like you want to cook?

What are your fave meals? Maybe we can give you some recipes and you can batch cook ready to just whip out the freezer to microwave

Agree, not sure how a meal plan is going to help. You could just set an alarm on your phone for 8am, 1pm and 7pm if you’re so forgetful.

Your GP may be able to refer you for some more specialist help.

I am the same when it's just me. "Meal planning" won't helo you if you're not remembering to eat - I tend to have more "instant" healthy foods I can whip up on short notcie that are relatively effortless - so, tinned soups, salads, instant noodles etc, that I then suppliment with proteins like baked/boiled chicken, edamame etc.

Maybe look into something like Huel?

I know it won’t help me remember to eat, but I’m more likely to eat if I know what I’m going to have. Otherwise I’ll just think ‘I Cba to work out what to make’ so won’t bother.
