Apple Family Sharing

I have just upgraded my iPad so DD (5) will have my old one. The one she currently has is about 10 years old and was just set up on my account but I’d put restrictions on. Now she’s getting a bit older and I’ve discovered family sharing, I’ve set up her own Apple ID to start her new iPad.

I’ve set up the restrictions for things such as PG for films which seems to work for stuff in Apple TV as it won’t let me play anything rated higher than this, but if you go into the family sharing bit she can access and watch all of my shows. There’s nothing wildly inappropriate on there (Friends is about the worst) but I don’t want her to access this. Is there a way to restrict what is shared?

also, I’ve downloaded an appropriate film onto it but I can’t play it unless I remove the age restrictions from video playback - it’s Paw Patrol so I would have thought it would be fine on PG settings.

if anyone can shed some light I’d be grateful. Google is taking me around in circles.
