Looking for the holy grail of pillows

I think I'm looking for something that doesn't exist, the perfect pillow that doesn't splits into pieces after a few months .
Has anyone any recommendations for this elusive thing , this unicorn of pillows?
I don't want memory foam or feather . I'm a side /front sleeper so it can't be too high either .
