Started a chat with them when I was on the site a month ago. Couldn't close the chat, there's no "close chat" icon or anything logical like that.
The advisor told me to minimise the browser so that a down arrow would appear above the basket icon then to click that...but nothing appears.
Opened the site today and up comes the sodding chat box, covering half the screen so I can't read the site properly.
I might be because my laptop is old so maybe doesn't support the site properly.
Any ideas please??? I've been trying for about 45 minutes to close this chat box!
