It's been months now since I have been able to use Boots.com website, all I get is the customer has not logged into the system (which I have). I've contact them but got nowhere, I've even created a new account with my work emails address but nothing works. Is anyone having the same issue.

not the same, no. But it is annoyingly unusable for a million other reasons. O wonder how long they’ve got left.

Have you tried using a different browser? Emptying your cookies?

The Boots website is the most shit online retailer website out there.
That said, I do manage to log in. So a few things to try

  • try on a different web browser (eg if you usually use Safari/Apple devices, try Chrome, Edge etc)
  • empty your browser cache (you can google how to do this specific to your device)
  • try using another device entirely, including if you usually attempt it on a mobile device try a laptop/desktop or vice versa.
Sorry if these are basic and you've already done them all. If you have, then it gives you extra reason to chase technical help on customer services and potentially get their help deleting all other accounts and starting you with a new one.

Boots website/app is shit. Logs me out all the time, it's painfully slow, and I've had to make so many new accounts. My current password is something like ihateboots 😂

The website online and the shit service in store, is why I don’t use Boots any more.
