Parcel missing LTDMS?

Hello. Just realised that parents didn't get Amazon parcel which was marked as "delivered to address LTDMS" before Christmas by Royal Mail. Anyone know what this means??

Thanks! Have just realised what happened. They DID get the parcel but it had the wrong contents - and had 2 address labels on it! Somebody in Wales didn't get their baby clothes though. 😥
