Help!!!
Got three small (trio) of turkey, gammon and beef.
Have took them out the bags and wrapped them each in foil to put on a baking tray.
Have thrown away the bags not realising the liquid was what what I was meant to baste with.
Have only got sunflower oil and cider and bisto.
What do I do now so they aren't ruined?

Oil.

Put a bit over them as they go in. After a bit they’ll start dripping liquid, then use that.

You need to salt them before they go in, obv, there was probably some salt in the liquid.

Tesco Turkey, Gammon & Beef Roasting Trio Serves 4 - Tesco Groceries
This is similar to what I have but they didn't have foil trays.
All three pieces of meat are in foil now but if I just cook them without basting will they be leather?
Or can I just reduce the cooking time?

Oil and salt, okay. Shall I put them in for less time?

You just need moisture, put them in a dish each pour some liquid in (red wine for beef, white for Turkey, cider for gammon if you have them) then cover in foil and cook for the right time for each weight piece off meat.

If you don't have red and white wine then just use the cider for all. They'll be fine.

Or you can even use a generic stock cube dissolved in some water at a push.

The gammon - see it was a maple and bourbon glaze - do you have any maple syrup, brown sugar or honey? That with a little stock, cider, wine, etc would be perfect.
The beef was with a gravy so a bit of Bisto will do!
The turkey - try seasoned oil, or butter

Thanks everyone. Am trying to rescue it all now.
We appear to have come on holiday b y mistake in an airbnb with no knives.
DD had the box, used to be a vegetarian and had a baking tray out ready.
I took the meat out the bags so she didn't have to without having read the box.
