Child benefit when oldest child turns 18 what does 2nd child get?

So it's 24 first child but when they turn 18 does 2nd child only get 15 still

When eldest drops off the claim, the next eldest gets the higher rate. So they will get the 24 instead.

I think it also continues for the first child until the end of the academic year. It doesn't stop on their 18th birthday but might be worth checking.

That's right, it continues until they leave school as long as you've filled in the form
