Dog barking in a hotel...

We checked in today for a Christmas break. It cost 1400 for the two of us. I can't believe it but they allow dogs to stay in the hotel in 11 of the 38 rooms. I obviously need to do more research in future as it never entered my mind that a small luxury boutique hotel ( their words) would allow this. One dog is now barking - not continuously but more than I would like to hear ie none! Lesson learnt for future. Wish I'd brought the cats! Hopefully we will have a peaceful night 😮

Well there is a mix of ages but it is basically a few families and then couples. I have now realised that the dog thing is quite common down in the SE. There's the guy who has worn camouflage shorts and a green hat to every meal - he's about 55. There's the really old guy who has married a woman and has ended up treating all her former kids to Christmas 😂can't go into any more detail there. There's a couple of foreigners who have got a big box and are loading muffins and croissants from the breakfast table. The rest are mostly older couples. One dog at breakfast - did a couple of barks and was ushered out by owner. Weather is beginning to brighten.

Talland Bay?

I wondered if it was Talland Bay but I think all their rooms are dog friendly.

Small dogs are allowed to stay in the shard. But it's 35 floors and 2 lifts downstairs. Interesting trip in the middle of the night in your pjs if they need the loo.
Hope dogs have gone quiet now.
