Sore chest and exhausted

Is this a viral thing? I've woke up today with a tree chest/ pain at back f shoulder on left side and I'm exhausted

I could sleep for a week

You should seek proper medical advice as it could be something very serious like heart or lung related. Of course it may be simply muscular but nobody here can tell you that.
