What would you like more of and less of in 2024?

I don't do New Years resolutions, but am thinking of some intentions...

Mine is definitely more peace, and less conflict. Though with the job I do and an ex partner from hell this will be challenging!

More sun and less rain please.

More family, more fresh air, less bad health, less sad news.

more money in my account, more salads for work lunch, more confidence to share my opinion (and then stick with it!), less time on my phone,

More confidence, energy, excitement and enjoyment of the arts and nature, less body fat, pain, worry and rumination.

Any plans to work towards your more of/less of

I'm thinking of retraining work wise, or at least moving sector

More willpower, more resilience, regain the ability to read a book, less chronic unexplained pain, less worry about the future.

More hope. Less admin.

I just fucking want fewer children to be slaughtered or hungry or scared. Any and all children.

Not going to happen though, so will focus on what I can control, which is to recover my health and fitness after surgery.

Less of my loved ones dying!

2022 started off with losing my sister suddenly. We then went on to lose multiple family members and close friends the rest of 2022 and 2023 many in tragic circumstances. I just want a year off from death quite frankly.
