We have moved into a new house yesterday which has a Yale Conexis smart lock on the front door. We were given one fob for this door. The owner of the house has moved abroad and the sale etc was all done through a third party so we can’t contact them.
The fob works fine but I have no idea how to get more fobs etc. I have looked on the app and I need to set the lock up but there’s no QR code on the lock to scan. There is a reset button but I’m worried if I reset it, it will stop the current fob from working and we won’t be able to get in. We cannot contact the former owner and the house has been empty for over a year, the third party dealing with the sale doesn’t know anything about it he just gave us the fob when we moved in!
can ANYONE point me in any kind of direction. I know it’s a bit of a weird topic but only have 1 ‘key’ to get into the house when we are a family of 6 isn’t doable. There is the back door but due to the layout of the house the drive is right outside of the front door be the back door is actually around the corner on another street
