You can state who or if you don't want to mention you can just put a number including yourself.

I live with my 3DC and DP so 5 in total.

I live with DP and adult DS.
Still have a bedroom for DGS as he moved in for 18 months with his parents (DD and SIL) before they bought a house- it has a trundle bed these days so his little sister can stay too.
