Help! I bought my 18 year old godson something from his wish list and just found out his mum bought it too! I thankfully managed to return it. But now I have to think of something else. I sadly have lost touch with what he likes (it was so much easier when he was little). He had a birthday recently and I got him a sports shop voucher so I can’t get the same again. Any ideas?

You absolutely can get the same thing again!!

Or cash. Best thing I was ever given when I was 18.

Mine much prefer cash.

Most 18 yo are happy with cash. If you stick the envelope to a bar if his favourite chocolate he'll probably be doubly happy Wink

Thanks for the ideas. I feel better about it now!

Money. Teenagers far prefer that so they can choose what they want and it's easier for you so that's what I'd do. When I was a teenager I far preferred cash!
