It is a picture of Charlotte Owen.

Charlotte Owen was made a Baroness by Boris Johnson last year at the age of 29 for services to politics. She had very little work experience indeed.

Who is the other lady?

Why was Charlotte given a peerage at such a young age?

The story of Charlotte Owen has intrigued me for a while and this picture seems to be hinting at something I hadn’t thought of before. It’s the presence of Stanley Johnson in the background

There are twitter rumours about who her father is. And perhaps previous rumours about her father have changed and are now about her brother.

Both CO and Jennifer Arcuri look strikingly similar and strikingly similar to the other men in the oucture

I think it is showing Boris and his harem and Nadine Dorris looking in as she was to be in the harem but Boris does not want her😂
