I submit my gas and electricity readings once a month after I get payed, and then two weeks later I get the bill and I pay. But for the last two months they have been sending me the bills before I have even submitted the readings and then sending me letters demanding I pay within two weeks. the bills keep getting higher and higher each time and have actually tripled. Are they estimating my usage and charging me based off of that?
