I messaged in the journal yesterday that I've had the flu since monday. I asked to reschedule the appointment becuase of im sick.

20/12 5:05pm I got message saying you're appointment is tomorrow on Jan 4 at 1040am
20/12 5:10pm I got a message saying you're appoint is tomorrow on Dec 21 at 1040am

21/12 9:05 am I got a message saying you've FAILED to attend your appointment
21/12 9:10am I got a message saying you're appointment is jan 3 at 1115am

I've messaged back asking why i'm told I failed to attend before the appointment happened and that even though I'm still sick I can go today - I don't want any issues.

I have received no response. I don't know what to do. Should I hop on the bus and go or jut go with the jan 3 update - noting that all the info is in the journal??

Message again and say you can attend or speak on the phone today
if that fails go on 3rd January

I did message again. There's been no response.

I think I’d leave it especially if you’re not that well today
how confusing
I would assume they’ve rescheduled it for 3rd

I would message both the Job Coach and the Service Centre for clarification as to the actual appointment time, that they have acknowledged your message re. flu and when you should attend. Please never assume anything regarding messaging on your journal, but seek to have it clarified to ensure no misunderstandings later.

It would better to message again and try to speak on the phone

Not that it helps but my DP turned up for his appointment on Friday only to be told they'd closed that office... His two previous appointments were by phone and they didn't think to mention it 🙄He often only gets two days notice of an appointment. Usual stuff understaffed, under funded and under pressure.

As for your issue OP just wait for a response, there will be one eventually and go to the January appointment.
